BOYS TOWN, Neb. - St. Albert got back on the winning track Monday night, snapping a five-match skid with a 25-12, 25-19, 17-25, 25-16 win over Boys Town in non-conference prep volleyball action.

Saintes' coach Angie Lantz was relieved to come off the floor with a victory following a tough stretch.

"It was very good to come out and get a win. We definitely needed to get that after the week we had last week," Lantz said. "We let too many matches slip through our fingers."

The Saintes received a well-rounded effort Monday, getting everyone on the varsity roster in the match.

Natalie Andrews put together a solid night from the service line, dropping in eight aces, and also paced the offense with 20 set assists.

Morgan Wickersham hammered down 10 kills, Caitlin Finn pulled up six digs and Lauren Kennebeck added 13 set assists for the Saintes. Shelby McGinn finished with four ace serves.

"We going everybody in tonight, and had a little bit of fun, which was good to see," Lantz said. "We win as a team and lose as a team, and tonight was a total team effort."

The Saintes are back on the road Thursday against Glenwood.
