Both the Saintes and the Falcons won the team titles at the Tri-Center Invite on Tuesday, held at Arrowhead Park, under sunny skies and 60 degree temps.

The Saintes enjoyed the near perfect day day by placing 8 runners in the Top 20, led by Jordan Williams 3rd place showing. Audrey Weidman (5th), Abby Schlater (7th) and Trevour Yates (8th) completed the Top 10 showing. Next in line were Jennifer Liston (13th), Gabby Welch (14th), Mollie Naig (15th) and Erin Schreiber (20th).

The Falcons also had a great day placing 6 runners in the Top 20, led by Brandon Daley's 3rd place showing. He was followed by Bryce Kinard (5th), Eric Kruse (10th), Tyler Ferguson (11th), Blake Fostvedt (13th), and Dan Hoebelheinrich (16th). The Falcons outscored 2nd place Woodbine 42-66 to claim the title. Woodbine is rated 10th in the state in the latest polls.

Both teams compete this Saturday at Harlan.
