Scott Street Pub to have new owner with council approval

The Scott Street Pub, a downtown Council Bluffs gathering spot for food and drink, is changing ownership, pending liquor license approval by the City Council.
Kevin and Bonnie Culjat, longtime owners of the pub at 25 Scott St., have agreed to sell it to Nathan Verzal, who works at a couple of their other businesses.
