The warm spring weather has certainly helped the girls track teams in Council Bluffs prepare for what will be the first outdoor meet for most of the squads in the city.

The C.B. Relays kicks off the spring season Thursday at 3 p.m. at Iowa Western. And with the turnover on the city rosters, it should be a revealing meet as to what each team has to offer.
