#1 Cyclones top St. Albert...

Class 3A No. 1 Harlan rolled to a 76-50 win over St. Albert Saturday night at St. Albert.

The Cyclones, locked in a 9-9 tie midway through the first, drilled back-to-back 3-pointers to start a streak that saw them take a 43-22 lead into the half.

"To stay with Harlan you have to score points," St. Albert coach Dale Scott said.

The Cyclones took advantage of 23 St. Albert turnovers.

"We did not take care of the ball tonight," Scott said.

In all the Cyclones hit 10 3-pointers in the contest. Brad Blum led the scoring with 22, while Neil Gross added 14 and Adam Leinen scored 10 points.

Quinn Walsh scored 12 points to lead the Falcons, who return to the court with a 6:30 p.m. Centenial Conference game against Columbus Scotus Monday night at St. Albert.
