The Falcon wrestlers made their way back from the Centennial Conference Tournament in Hastings, NE late Saturday morning. The Falcons had four wrestlers place in the nine team tournament. Sean McNitt (103) claimed first place and Patrick Fetter (171) earned second placed. The Masker brothers – Zach (130) and T.J. (145) both placed third.

The Falcons started off in a big way by scoring five pins and one technical fall in the first round. The Falcons wrestled strong through the next two rounds advancing four to the final round. In the end the Falcons finished in 6th place and just missed 5th place by a few points. The Falcons continue to improve and finished higher than last year at the Centennial Conference Tournament.

On Thursday, January 26 at 6:00 PM, the Falcons will be in action against Underwood and West Harrison. This is the last home wrestling meet for the Falcons this season. It will also be the last home wrestling meet for seniors - Patrick Fetter, T.J. Masker, and Cale Yates.
