Falcon Soccer in the Assumption Tourney vs Dubuque Wahlert Catholic The Falcons won 1-0, vs 1A #1 Regina Catholic the Falcons lost 1-0, vs Beckman Catholic the Falcons won 3-0 to finish 3rd! Ben Krohn with a PK goal in the first half vs Wahlert. Dannie Holtz and his defense with 2 shutouts on the day and gave up just one goal vs 1A #1 Iowa City Regina. Kyle Irwin, Krys Moseley & Brandon McCall (shown) with goals over Beckman Catholic. If you or someone you know was struck by the storm this week give IMS a call. Avah Underwood (So) cleared 5'1 and was 15th! In just her 3rd time ever running the 3,000, Lili Denton (So) broke her own Saintes school record by 10 seconds with a 10:10.44 and finished 9th in what the PA announcer called the deepest field in Drake Relays history. The winner broke the meet record and is now #2 this year in the country. Saturday night after a 3 hour storm delay, Lili Denton in the Drake Relays 1,500 Final was 7th with a time of 4:40.19 which broke her own school record of 4:43.78!! Congratulations!! Keep Sports Fun! What do young & older kids want after an event? Not to talk about it in the car ride home... they want ice cream! In this world of information everywhere all the time and the pressures of social media, help keep kids happy and keep sports fun!
