When it comes to cross country at St. Albert High School, not much has changed from last year. Five of the top seven runners return from state qualifying teams on both the girl's and the boy's side, and with both teams being rated among the top nine in the Iowa Association of Track Coaches preseason poll, the same high expectations are in place.
