The St. Albert family is deeply saddened by the loss of St. Albert graduate, Neil Yeoman, who passed away on Thursday.  Neil was a 1996 graduate.  Neil was a 2 year starter on the Falcon basketball team and also started at 2nd base on the 1996 State Championship Baseball Team.  Neil will be remembered as a good man with a big heart.  Please keep his parents, Tom & Diane, and his entire family in your prayers at this difficult time and please pray for the repose of Neil's soul...

Eternal rest grant unto Neil o' Lord: And let perpetual light shine upon him.

May Neil rest in peace. Amen

May Neil's soul and the soul's of all the faithfully departed through the mercy of God our Father rest in peace. Amen
