First year at St. Albert a success for Beacom
The assignment varied from night to night. But Paige Beacom was always up to the task.
Her 5-foot-10 frame and inside moves drew the defensive attention of other post players throughout the girls basketball season. Her speed and ability to shoot from the outside often pitted her against perimeter players.
Things usually worked out for the St. Albert junior either way...
