It is with heavy hearts we say goodbye to a St. Albert giant and cornerstone in the Southwest Iowa Catholic Community, Jon Narmi. St. Albert put it beautifully in their Facebook post a few days ago – Click here to read.

Please keep wife, Candy and the entire extended Narmi family in your prayers this week. Please give a prayer of thanks for the selfless sacrifice of time, talent, treasure, vision, grit, determination and joy that Jon and so many others have given to St. Albert over the decades to keep the halls of SA thriving for generations to come. Please join in a prayer for the repose of Jon’s soul:

Eternal rest grant unto Jon, O Lord:
And let perpetual light shine upon him.

May he rest in peace:
Amen.

May Jon’s soul and the souls of all the faithfully departed, through the mercy of God our Father, rest in peace:

Jon’s Mass of Christian burial is today at 10am at St. Patrick’s in Council Bluffs.
