Charlie's Prediction Time

Posted: 09/01/2017 - by Charlie Narmi

Once again this week, nothing special to offer that you don't already know. I couldn't be at the game last week and will miss the Kuemper game again this year.  A relief for many I'm sure listening at home! Not to worry though, Owen Burgin & Scott Wright will have call for you tonight in Carroll.

We all know you should see great improvement from week 1 to week 2.  Frankly though, the Falcons were pretty darn sharp last week - Kuemper was not.  Advantage Kuemper.  St. Albert won last year.  Kuemper is at home with extra motivation.  Advantage Kuemper.  Kuemper turned the ball over four times last year. They might be tight tonight.  Advantage St. Albert.

Tonight assignment football on the defensive ends & safeties will be key.  Keep them contained at the line of scrimmage and let no one behind you deep.  After that, wrap-up and gang tackle.

Offensively, I think the Falcons just have too many weapons if they take care of the football.  The team with fewer turnovers tonight wins the game.

In the end I'll say the Falcons stay sharp, yet loose and both teams score more than the experts are predicting in Las Vegas...

Falcons win 34-17
