Dear Saint Albert Community,

There are many signs of growth and opportunity at Saint Albert.  It is wonderful to see an institution flourishing after a very challenging ending to the last school year.  It is my hope and prayer that each of you has stayed healthy during these difficult times.

The administrative team and faculty members have worked diligently all summer to get ready for the fall semester.  I am grateful for their commitment and dedication to the students of Saint Albert.  It is because of their work ethic that we are ready to embark on a new school year equipped for whatever comes our way.

It is with great confidence and trust in the leadership team of the school that I announce my upcoming departure from this amazing group of people.  Life sometimes brings unexpected changes.  That has happened in my own life.  I anticipated retiring from my position at Saint Albert years down the road when I accepted it last year, but circumstances have changed.  My wife and I will be relocating back west to be nearer our family.  My last day at Saint Albert will be Friday, August 21.

Please know of my gratitude for this wonderful institution and the people who support it.  Saint Albert is impacting the lives of hundreds of children each and every day in a magnificent way.  That is no small mission. My gratitude, my admiration, and my prayers are with the people of this noble institution.

Saint Albert the Great, pray for us.

Sincerely,

Deacon Vernon Dobelmann
