It hasn’t felt like it outside, but track season is well underway.

The Council Bluffs boys teams are transitioning from the indoor season to the outdoor, and one of the key early meets is always the C.B. Relays, set for a chilly 9 a.m. start on Thursday at Wickersham Stadium.
