Sioux City West downed St. Albert 9-0 in a prep softball game at St. Albert Wednesday

Wolverine pitcher Breanne Bower allowed just one hit during the game, though the Saintes were patient at the plate and drew seven walks.

St. Albert pitcher Melanie Hilderbrand had her team's hit, a sixth-inning triple.

"We couldn't string anything together," St. Albert coach Katie Heithoff said.

The Saintes return to action Friday with a triangular against Cumberland-Anita-Massena and Harlan at Harlan.
