Underwood overpowered St. Albert, 10-0, in a five-inning non-conference softball game Tuesday night at St. Albert

"We just came out and played," Underwood coach Loren Lintner said. "We made good contact on a good pitcher, drove the ball well and ran the bases hard."

Underwood's Erinn Brue went 3-for-4, including a double. Brue scored two runs and drove in two more.

Laura Hazen and Carly Linter each went 2-for-4 in the game. Hazen scored twice and drove in two runs, while Lintner had two RBIs and scored one run for the Eagles.

For St. Albert, Melanie Hilderbrand, Trevour Yates and Katie Gilliland each contributed one hit.
