CTO celebrates record year of giving for Catholic tuition

St. Albert Catholic Schools hosted the Catholic Tuition Organization on Monday evening for a private reception for the group’s annual celebration.
The CTO is established by the Diocese of Des Moines as a scholarship granting body that works directly with the Catholic schools in the system, including Council Bluffs’ St. Albert and Harlan’s Shelby County Catholic School.
