The St. Albert Middle School student has been accepted into two programs through the University of Iowa this summer, which will have her travel to Iowa City on back-to-back weeks to learn how to develop applications for mobile devices and to improve her creative writing in a course modeled after the university’s world-renowned writer’s workshop program.
