For those in three of Iowa’s five girls basketball classes, the wait ended on Monday afternoon.
The Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union released its regional pairings in Class 1-A, 2-A and 3-A, and its recent philosophy held firm. The IGHSAU does its best to give its highest-rated teams the clearest paths to the state tournament.
