A stack of injuries may haunt St. Albert in the coming days. But the Saintes still had more than enough firepower to win in their playoff debut.
Allison Cox collected six goals to help lead Class 1-A No. 7 St. Albert to a comfortable 8-0 win over Riverside in a Region 1 girls soccer semifinal Friday afternoon. Libby Mattingly and Matti Munger also scored in a contest that was never in doubt at the rainy YMCA fields.
