St. Albert defense shuts down Riverside

With 17 regular-season wins and a Western Iowa Conference co-championship to its credit, Riverside felt it was prepared for anything in the postseason.
Evidently, the Bulldogs weren't ready for this.
St. Albert's defensive aggressiveness and physical style of play wiped out Riverside's state-tournament hopes on its home floor in the quarterfinal round of the Class 1-A District 1 bracket.
