Our sincerest condolences go out to the Burgin family who lost their father Bob Thursday evening. The Burgin's are a longtime Faithful St. Albert Family and two of the Burgin children are quite influential in this website: Owen was a longtime volunteer and is the current owner of the site and Beanie has been a longtime photographer for us as well. Bob's son, Chris, was also a graduate.
Eternal rest grant unto Bob o' Lord: And let perpetual light shine upon him.

Robert Harry Burgin, age 77, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, longtime Architect and owner of Robert H. Burgin and Associates, passed away Thursday January 12, 2012.
He was born in Avoca, Iowa, on March 22, 1934, to the late Harry and Lilly Burgin. Bob received his Bachelor of Science and Architecture from Washington University. Bob was united in marriage to Nancy Oberdorfer on June 8, 1957.
Besides his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his sister.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy; sons, Owen and wife, Kelley, of Council Bluffs, Chris, of South Lebanon, Ohio; daughter, Ailene "Beanie" Nielsen and husband, David, of Council Bluffs; 8 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
