Big Crowd Watches Falcons Defeat Titans 13-0

Posted: 09/03/2004 - by

Coach Sterbick gave notice that his Titans are not going to be pushed around, by holding the Falcons to a 0-0 tie at halftime. But it was the running game that St. Albert unleashed in the second half that decided the game. Brandon Fischer gained over 96 yards on 24 carries and scored 3 touchdowns to lead the Falcons. Lewis Central threatened late in the game, and actually had a touchdown called back in the waning moments of the game. Brady Erickson was 8-16 for 85 yards.

The atmosphere was terrific as both crowds came to support their team. This is a must-see game for next year with a lot of youth on both sides. Check out the pics in the photo gallery or listen to the game in the archive section.
