The St. Albert family is saddened by the loss Matthew Sandoz who passed away earlier this week. Matthew is the brother of current St. Albert parent and Area Board of Education member, Kristen Kirwan. Matthew Sandoz, age 45, of Shenandoah, Iowa, formerly of Glenwood, Iowa, passed away December 4, 2018, at his home. He was preceded in death by his twin brother Andrew.
Survivors include his father, Downey James Sandoz, of Council Bluffs; mother, Deborah Dwyer (Tom Crounse); sister, Kristen (Jay) Kirwan and their children, Kate and Wil, all of Glenwood.
Celebration of Life, Friday, December 7, 2018, at 3 p.m., at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 24116 Marian Ave. Glenwood, IA. Memorials to St. Albert School. Interment at a later date.
