St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Council Bluffs is hoping to have a special day on next year’s St. Patrick’s Day.
That’s the day, specifically March 17, 2018, when the parish hopes to celebrate a Mass of Consecration, an official blessing of its new church on Valley View Drive near Iowa Western Community College.
