Kuemper had not lost a set entering the match - 36 straight, and proceeded to hammer the Saintes in the first two sets.  Then some special starting happening.  The Saintes believed.  They had some fun.  They got aggressive.  And the breaks starting going their way.  Before you knew it the Saintes shocked the state and won the first set off the mighty Knights.  Then another.  Before you knew it, Saint Albert was up 10-6 in the 5th.  Then Superstar, Allie Petry appeared to re-injure herself from last year after landing awkwardly on a sweaty floor (she finished the match and will have a week off).  The rest of the Saintes took over from there and St. Albert pulled the stunner in 5!

There have been a lot of special moments at The Palace over the decades, but Thursday night was right near the top of the list! Thanks to those who came to support the Saintes - you were treated to a truly special night!
